Cindy took over for another broker over a year ago for my rental condo on Lake Martin and has done a wonderful job both securing the rentals but also with the other details that are involved like scheduling cleaning, maintenance issues, etc. I have just recently added a second condo to her responsibilities. Cindy is knowledgeable, responsive, dedicated and a genuine pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Cindy if you need rental/real estate services.
Upon arrival, the unit was very clean and just as described. We enjoyed our time there. We utilized the pools, the outdoor grills, as well as the boat slip. This is our second time staying at the complex and this unit is our favorite and was very reasonably priced. We can’t wait to come back again very soon.
We had an amazing stay at the North Condo. Family vacation. The 2 pools are perfect and not crowded! The condo even came with a boat slip which was perfect for The boat rental at the nearby marina! The condo was so well equipped with all we needed! And beautifully decorated!! Would recommend it to all!! Autumn
